The Information We Collect

We do not store nor do we have direct access to your private financial information such as credit card numbers. All processing of payments is handled by a third party provider, whose privacy statement you should read if you have any concerns.

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order or making a request for products or services only to complete that request. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive, and for login and password services. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are never shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website. For example, we may collect information stating that that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website at a certain freqency, or that Y number of visitors filled out a registration form for some specific product or service. Although at this time we do not sell advertising space, should we ever do so, we might disclose this general statistical information to a potential advertiser, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify the individuals who form the broad statistics.

IP addresses of visitors are automatically logged by our server software. While we maintain full access to this information for security and other technical purposes, unless we have specific reasons to concern ourselves with visitors' IP addresses, this information is logged and eventually deleted from our records entirely. The only exception is the login/signup form and contact form, which include the IP address within the message, and which are kept on file for our personal records. This information is not shared with outside parties.
